Durham Earth Day 2016 Festival: April 23

Enjoy a day filled with an eclectic mix of music, food, hands-on environmental education activities and much more! The 2016 Earth Day Festival is presented by Durham Parks and Recreation in partnership with Keep Durham Beautiful.

The E-Waste Recycling/Shredding Drive will be held from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Durham County Stadium located at 750 Stadium Dr. This free recycling/shredding drive is hosted by the Durham Solid Waste Management Department. A convenient drive through area will be set up to collect your materials. The Habitat for Humanity ReStore will also be collecting gently used household items.
